Requesting clarification here: Is there a way to reach a user's full post and comment history?
When I look at a user's profile, I only see the top 3 and bottom 3 posts and comments.

I know who you are referring to. In a previous post they hinted that they keep getting downvoated because they are a troll. Make of that what you will.

Yes, the OP of the post you were commenting in. Note how many posts they have made in that subverse. I'm not saying there was no malicious voating going on, I believe there was. I am just saying I don't think we are getting the full story.
Which is not to say your idea is bad, it's a good idea. It's just going to be awful hard to find the truth at times.

Being the asshole that I sometimes am, I occasionally rustled some jimmies on the old site in r/politics and the like. I'd periodically get a a history stalker that would go and downvote every post I had ever made, or for the less vigilant stalkers the last few pages worth.
I didn't give a shit there because in the grand scheme of things it really didn't matter. Here though, that type of behaviour can actually be detrimental, like in the examples given elsewhere on this thread.
There's gotta be some systematic way to detect behaviour like this and prevent it in the first place.
