In 100 years, these people will be forgotten, but kids will still be reading Laura Ingalls Wilder's books.

“It would be easy to take these books off the shelf, to say that they – like many books of their time – were steeped in white supremacy and racism and therefore they do not belong in our canon,” James Noonan, a research affiliate with the Justice In Schools project at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, wrote on the university’s website.

And because the stories are so colorful and told with the wide-eyed wonder of a child, it’s also easy to be blindsided by the racism.

They talk about whitewashing history the way one might speak of editing a movie script.

Canon is also an interesting word choice, given its dogmatic and religious context.

Unabated censorship from the halls of Harvard.

Why do moneyed people continue to support the desecration of American values through their financial affiliations with so-called higher institutes of learning?

To turn the rudder of a nation one begins burrowing deeply into esteemed centers of knowledge- from here flows all results called the high degrees of inculcation which naturally become the fabric of power.

Time for Trump to start looking at ALL publicly-funded higher ed and its insatiable lust for pure Progressivism.
