I do muay thai 3-4 times a week. If you go to a real gym that beats you over the head with cardio, you won't find fatties. If you go to a mcdojo you will.

Mcdojos are rare for Muay Thai aren't they?

For muay thai alone yeah. Most places will have Muay thai in combination with other martial arts and if they are shitty with those, their thai classes will be shitty too.

Let's see...
Cycling: I used to go to a gym where the spin instructor was a morbidly obese woman. Only went to one class and then learned her schedule and avoided it at all costs.
Martial Arts: Took a class with a lot of fat kids.
Swimming: It's so good for your joints! And they offend your sight in their horrible swimsuits.
Ball Sports: Have you seen some football and baseball players? They.Are.Fat.
Rock Climbing: I have yet to see a fat rock climber.
Body Building: I would agree, but... I've seen some "bodybuilders" on their off season... and they balloon up. Big gut, big thighs, turn doughy, and the stretch marks are everywhere. Does the spray-on tan help mask the stretch marks? I don't know. Looks pretty awful.
Running: Joined a running group one time. All of them fat. Left running group.
Zumba: 99% of the women in Zumba are fat. Same goes for cardio kickboxing.
Hiking long trails still has not been infested with fats. They do maybe a mile or two then give up, leaving the rest of the trail void of any of them.

I do both martial arts (BJJ) and rock climbing / bouldering. Gotta say that there are a surprising amount of small fats doing BBJ, but only in the lower ranks, probably because for beginners their size/weight probably helps them pin others down.
While I'm at the climbing gym however, almost no fats. Some small fats doing the easier top-rope routes from time to time, but they aren't there more than once a week (at least not at the same time as me). And then there's the occasional small fat that wants to try out bouldering but only comes that one time.

Snow skiing or boarding. There are fats on the greens and blues, but they are not as bad on blacks. If you try competitive show jumping there aren't too many fats... well I guess one is too many really, but there definitely are some blobs in the lower level classes. I guess moral of the story is to get really good at something because fats never excel at anything.

Backpacking. I'm into lightweight, low impact camping, as in less than 20lb pack weight for overnight trips. It's rare to see hams in the backcountry, and the father in you go, the fewer of them. Well, people in general, but especially hams. Not many people are into walking 25 or more kilometers a day, over rugged terrain.
Also in the winter I'm a ski instructor. Some fatties on the hill, but not many. There's more in the lodge, especially parents of racer kids.

Idk about swimming, at my pool there are a lot of obeasts, I think they are trying to return to their natural habitat.
