Fatties are much MORE likely to be into swimming compared to other physical activities because it's one of the best ways for them to exercise without risking injury to themselves.

I do both martial arts (BJJ) and rock climbing / bouldering. Gotta say that there are a surprising amount of small fats doing BBJ, but only in the lower ranks, probably because for beginners their size/weight probably helps them pin others down.
While I'm at the climbing gym however, almost no fats. Some small fats doing the easier top-rope routes from time to time, but they aren't there more than once a week (at least not at the same time as me). And then there's the occasional small fat that wants to try out bouldering but only comes that one time.

Hiking. All you need is a hike with a hill and they’re out. It’s fun watching the fats melt away as you go up.
