You're probably going to run into fats early on in Muay Thai. Just listen to your coach, work hard, and consume all the material you can to advance to the fighters' class/group or whatever your local gym calls it and you'll be away from nearly all of them.

Thanks dude, long time no see. I assume they can't handle leg kicks because ''muh knees''.

Collegiate level fencing has little to no fat people at all. However, fencing does tend to bulk up the thigh muscles, especially if you’re a deep lunger.
That being said, there were tons of fats in high school fencing. None of them ever had the speed or coordination needed to do well; plus, their opponent had a much larger target to aim at due to their size.

Fatties are much MORE likely to be into swimming compared to other physical activities because it's one of the best ways for them to exercise without risking injury to themselves.

lol swimming is the absolute worst because they float so it's easier. I'd say any martial art besides karate. Judo and tae kwon do are both good and the ones you listed are good if you like more fighting/practical aspects (I prefer it as an art and form of discipline and meditation). However you need to pick the place carefully, most of them are just daycare for the evening and will just hand you belts and teach you nothing. It'll take some time but it's worth it if you're serious

Yeah the self defense appeal is what seems to make a good combo. Do you do martial arts? Feel free to PM me.

I do yeah, I'm happy to talk over pm I'm not sure how it works though haha

Rock climbing or rappelling. I’d add surfing, but you’ll have to wade through fat asses on the beach to do it.
