Easy enough in a single state, but now I have to collect tax for 50 different states on every transaction, remit it in a timely manner with the proper paperwork, and ensure I do not run afoul of their laws in order to ensure I don't get sued or have a warrant put out for me for tax fraud. Small businesses will be forced to either stop shipping or start paying a processor to collect and remit for them. Costs just went up quite a bit for some.

Internet sales still will only able to be collected between a seller and buyer in the same state.

For the same reason that use tax is basically completely voluntary.

Where's the jurisdiction of a state to a person in another state? There is none.

Its like saying if you're in Texas that you cannot own a AR because of a law in Mass.

Yeah, why do tards think that the internet just magically creates new wealth? That rules don't apply, that taxation isn't needed. Why do people expect stuff for free? They like services, but don't want to pay for them.
