They have been taught that it's wrong to believe such an explanation, so they can't help but to believe it is an evil racist view. It must be untrue, or else the lessons that were taught all throughout their youth might have been wrong. Goodhearted intentions, perhaps, but have now affected these people's ability to interact on a social level.
I admit I was lied to from my teachers, and I know most of them probably didn't know they were feeding their students lies, but I have learned to accept this. It's how I gave up my liberal delusion.

Harvard consistently rated Asian-American applicants lower than others on traits like “positive personality,” likability, courage, kindness and being “widely respected,” according to an analysis of more than 160,000 student records filed Friday by a group representing Asian-American students in a lawsuit against the university.
So not just whites but all races lmao. But they’re only reeeing about white men. Fix your flaw, just because you’re super smart doesn’t mean you’re the best candidate, it’s like a job interview.
Mod Edit: Do not target other minority groups while advocating your own case
But attacking whites is completely permissible.

The GOP would be happy to have you as a card-carrying member with an attitude like that.
Getting rid of affirmative action is only likely to help one major group, white men.
I think the thread is currently about Asians and then being hurt by AA not the evil white men.
The left has diverted Asians from hating unqualified blacks and Illegals and got them to blame whites for not getting into top schools. I wonder how many of the whites are actually (((white))).
Do you think people complain about how the NBA is disproportionately represented? It's only ~25% white. Are you going to tell me that it should be about skin color and not skill? NBA players are talented. But, they work EXTREMELY hard to get to where they are. It's not about being disproportionately represented, it's about who cares and works the hardest to get where they want to be. No one actually believes that black people are just genetically superior at basketball. We know it's a mix of hard work, talent, and passion.
I get this.
So sure, Asian Americans are disproportionately represented in, say, the Ivy Leagues and other top educational institutions. But that doesn't matter at all because we're disproportionately overrepresented in the qualified pool to begin with, and that's a reflection of hard work, talent, and passion.
Ok
We don't want to take spots from black and brown Americans who have to overcome so much to get in the pool, we just don't want to be discriminated against and by white people.
You’re losing spots to extremely unqualified niggers and illegals.
I don't care that a middle class Asian needs a SAT score 400 points higher than a black student to be viewed the same.
Bigotry of low expectations and anyone who believes this is a liar, virtue signaler or needs a challenge.
I care that a middle class Asian needs a SAT score 100 points higher than a middle class white student. I care that an admissions officer looks at two otherwise equally qualified white and Asian student and goes- but the Asian student's personality is poorer, so I'm going to go ahead and give this spot to the white student.
Isn’t that the way job interviews work also? Asian parents have their kids taking all kinds of classes to get ahead, maybe they also need to start sending them to personality camp.
The Asian Americans who argue against getting rid of affirmative action for black and brown and other similarly disenfranchised students are, in my opinion, wrong. I will fight against them if it comes down to that. Admissions into schools should not be purely merit based.
Higher education should be based on skin color, student debt is student debt and can’t be discharged so why would the (((big banks))) care who get in. They can keep these under qualified minorities down forever in poverty.
We need to equal the playing ground, to give everyone the fairest shot we can, as early as we can.
Wouldn’t that be a merit based system? What’s laughable is he’s only concerned about personality and not anything else. Who cares he needs 400 extra SAT points or a GPA of 4.7 to beat out a negro with a 3.2. He’s losing out to a white personality with the sane qualifications because he’s not personable.
Some people need more help than others.
Them maybe they should start at a community college?
A black student from the hood, who escaped poverty and gang violence, who gets a 1300 SAT score and a 3.2 GPA and volunteers at a local elementary school should get in over an Asian student from a well off suburb who got a 1500 SAT score and a 4.7 GPA and is on varsity water polo team and spends summers building homes in Mexico.
WTF it’s education not feel good camp, why should someone who achieves a 4.7gpa be beaten out by a dindu? The negro will never accomplish the same as the student with a 4.7 and then we as a society lose out on the high performers contribution to society because of skin color.
But a similarly privileged white student should not. However, the white student IS, because the admissions officer decided the white student has a better personality.
So a just as qualified white as an Asian should be disqualified based on skin color because they interview better? Spend some time socializing instead of being trapped at home studying because of your overbearing parents.
Sure, that will happen, because some people do have better personalities than others, but when there's a pattern of people deciding a certain race just happens to always have the better personality...well that's suspect as hell.
Or maybe it’s telling you something about your unsocial race and something you need to work on.
The outrage here is coming from the fact Asians are being discriminated against in academia in factors that are racist as fuck. Personality?
I didn’t think the left could do it but they’ve managed to deflect Asians from being against unqualified negroes and illegals.
Bitch please, y'all just don't Asian students getting in at the expense of white students....because you racist!
This is the personality that probably turns off admissions officers. Asians are as Einstein says automatons and have zero personality, they’re like androids.

I'm not an expert, but I imagine it comes down to this: if they didn't discriminate against Asians, it would either force out Blacks or Jews.
Obviously (((they))) have an agenda, but why disproportionately represent blacks? My guess is they get more federal funding per black student than they would an Asian, not to mention it helps keep real competition down for their jewish graduates.

Yes, it's a pretty clear, pretty transparent implication. Because it's true.

An extreme mansplaining unhinged troon that has like 20,000 posts. Clearly a voice we need to hear and someone who does well in day to day life.
