dental hygienist

If I saw that pig waddling towards me I would bolt and take my chances with some string and a doorknob. Can only imagine how bad its own teeth are.

... And to think she could have avoided all that by simply putting down the fork 200lb earlier and spending some of the money she saved on food on a gym membership.

Being fit ends up being far less hassle than being fat.

90% of weight loss is diet.

More like 70%. Diet & exercise go hand in hand. Yes, you will never be able to outrun your fork. Yes, you can lose weight without working out. However, exercise is beneficial in many ways. Burning off glycogen in your muscles through exercise helps control blood sugar levels as your muscles pull the glucose in to replace the glycogen, which in turn promotes fat burning as blood sugar levels and ketosis are directly linked. It gives your body more to do with the protein you eat so less of it is converted to carbs and burned/ stored. Most importantly, it increases your metabolism, which directly leads to increased weight loss.

No doctor worth his salt would ever advocate for weight loss based on diet alone. Unless you're a quadriplegic or in a coma, you should be doing some kind of exercise. Hell, in those two cases they still do external joint manipulation and physical therapy sessions to prevent muscle atrophy and maintain blood flow and metabolism.

It is normal to feel like a monster when you are one. You don't get to realise the obvious years too late and then have the fatso surgery leave you with no permanent disfigurements. Smokers' lungs don't magically renew themselves after decades of smoking. When you are stupid enough to work so hard at killing yourself for so long, you have to live with the consequences forever.

Can’t sympathize with someone that lets themselves balloon up that big.
