Ad hominem does nothing to improve your argumentation. And no, no I am not. But it is very important to understand the constraints of one's system of government... especially when that very same government refuses to acknowledge the proscribed limits of its powers. The national government's actual proscribed authority is far less than what it actually does.

Anything of value or interest to add? I only ask because this exchange is - and has been - beyond boring.

First, you are completely ignoring how power works. At its very basic form, the Constitution is a piece of paper. Where does it get it its power? God? Nope. Negative liberty? Hell no. People with guns that believe in that document give it power. Also, you are starting to sound like you need to be in /v/iamsmart.

I really don't want to debate with you anymore. I'll just take my law degree and ability to argue in front of the Supreme Court and go home. I knew you were trouble when you started adding large words where there did not need any and introducing obscure concepts that no one talks about. I suggest you finish your degree and apply to a top 20 law school. That's what I did.
