I would chose infinite age just so I could stick around and see what happens. Also invest what money I had and watch it increase in value so money wouldn't be a problem.

Money, because an infinite lifespan would be very boring. I don't want to like outlive my children, and their children, and their children, and so forth.

Infinite lifespan. The infinite money would just corrupt me, I'm comfortable in saying that. I feel that with an infinite lifespan I wouldn't have to worry about achieving certain life goals. Not to mention I would have the time to learn and gain any and every sort of knowledge indefinitely, I could truly do something beneficial for humankind as a whole. I think given the opportunity for an infinite lifespan, you have a responsibility to humanity.

Just remember: Infinite life means infinite days at work, days paying taxes, days cleaning, days watching your loved ones suffer and die and get replaced by people who value you less and less.
Infinite money means infinite people waiting in line to take your money.
