Infinite lifespan. The infinite money would just corrupt me, I'm comfortable in saying that. I feel that with an infinite lifespan I wouldn't have to worry about achieving certain life goals. Not to mention I would have the time to learn and gain any and every sort of knowledge indefinitely, I could truly do something beneficial for humankind as a whole. I think given the opportunity for an infinite lifespan, you have a responsibility to humanity.

Money, because an infinite lifespan would be very boring. I don't want to like outlive my children, and their children, and their children, and so forth.

My body is a piece of crap, I definitely would not want to be stuck with it for an eternity. I'd take the money, without even having to think about it. I'd rather live a short meaningful life than a long crappy one.

Life who gives a flying fuck about money anyway.
Who wants to live a short life and be someone's chattle.

With infinite life, how does aging work? Do you stop aging the minute you are granted the wish or do you just get older and older looking?

I shoulda clarified but I'd say stop aging now or when you reach like 25 yrs old.

Infinite money. I don't feel like hanging around for the heat death of the universe.

Infinite life, mainly because of this movie: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Man_from_Earth
It covers exactly this topic.
