I would chose infinite age just so I could stick around and see what happens. Also invest what money I had and watch it increase in value so money wouldn't be a problem.

Lifespan. No disease sounds nice. I would be a whore.

Infinite money. I want to die someday. Living forever sounds horrible.

If you couldn't asphyxiate or starve, infinite life. If that's off the table, then the money.

I wonder if it would matter. There are a good deal of people saying that we could have effective biological immortality in the next century, in which case infinite money is good. (Though is it infinite US money? ’Cause currencies come and go.)

But yeah, infinite money → infinite life-extension research.

Infinite life → infinite time to acquire money, but that may not be enough. Infinite money is one hell of a starting point, though you have to be careful to not make it useless and not acquire too much attention. Infinite resources though...

I honestly think some drastic changes are going to happen by the end of the century, and the money would help me build up to survive and thrive through it better than infinite life.

Infinite life. I imagine eventually I will figure out how to make the money.

So simple:

Infinite life.

I don't want to fucking die. Scares the shit out of me.

I think the implication is that you can still die, it's just that you never age or die from random shit like cancer. Like elves.
