Must be that big plate and big fork in from of you. Put 'em down fatty.

Really, they could sleep all day if they wanted and just eat their BMR - 10% and they would be thin. But, but, but... I need to treat myself once in a while!

I whine 24/7 on the internet about things I don't like but will never be able to stop. If I keep whining like a bitch even harder surely these things will stop happening... right?

You know how it’s pretty much the norm to go out for ice cream or something after a workout? That. That’s what’s keeping them fat, but they’re too idiotic to realize it.

Fuck sake, you don’t need ice cream after a workout. Drink some cold water. Or a plain iced tea . It’s not hard.

In my last gym before I finally quit that bitch because we can finally afford a fully stocked home gym (weeee!!!) that was an every day sighting, with variations on food/phone/mag combos.

Another good example of fats spending more energy being fat than it takes to be thin. This is neither the laziest, most comfortable, or best way to walk, read a book, or eat something. By trying to half arse all three, you are getting no enjoyment and also no gain. It is easier, lazier, and better to go for a walk sometimes, just read a book sometimes, and just sit down to eat sometimes.

That's what the fast food's think tanks are aiming for, telling people that instead of eating less and thus needing to burn less, we should all gorge on McBeetus and then hit the treadmill - that way they make double the money.
