OK. Statistically speaking it is. That still doesn't mean that people even don't do what is potentially detrimental to them. If they go into it fully accepting the risks inherent and then can cut their losses if they reach the point of no return without malice then that's fine and well.
This unicorn woman of which you speak is so rare as to need to be documented. Like a 100 year old great-grandma that gets presented a plaque that says: congratulations 80 years faithful and even then ol' Mr. Old dick in the nursing home that's 80 is trying to lay pipe to cuck great-grandpa.
It's a shitton more than a mere potential. Fighting to save a losing system is foolish. Working within the system for your own betterment is the best course of action.

That doesn't happen if you have children. I haven't advocated against that although it can be a rather large risk. Raising them in the right environment is important. All I'm saying is to take precautions and to not let it be the end of the world if things don't turn out as you like.
