Personally? Stereotypes always fail. I don't agree with any. Just because what someone says is stupid doesn't mean everything they say is. Who can say what is mindless spam? In this case: If those were the comments being voted to the top then clearly the majority agreed with it. Maybe the Lunduke should have reconsidered his actions or explained his decision further. Not my call. I have no opinion as far as the choices he made but it's very clear the majority thought it was a bad decision. I did find it odd that his feelings were hurt. He's been in public forums for years. People who live on the internet usually have thicker skin.

I can't imagine a way to explain such comments in general (that's why I generalized).

Simply attacking the person for being Jewish does nothing argument-wise (even if it is not mindless). Now, if they told Lunduke what was wrong with his behavior, he could change. But they just called him a jew. Pointless if you ask me.

Indeed. They could have said what they meant rather than just calling him a jew. I'm fairly sure he knows what being called a Jew means but it does make it harder to respond.
