I assume you think there are a lot of aces in his range, thus the turn c/r. On that basis it's good -- however put yourself in his shoes with a hand like AJ. Your line looks insanely strong. I'd probably fold the river with most hands in his range that you beat. So on that basis, I'd just go ahead and bet the turn, hoping to get raised. Given the high probability he has an A, bet huge. Full pot or close. Then you could overbet the river, depending how fast he called the turn. Much harder to get away from AJ to that line.
That all assumes you have the effective nuts, which you do. If you got coolered you got coolered, it happens. You should shovel as much money into this pot as possible.
