How It's Made has a youtube channel that's pretty fun to watch, plus you get to learn something at the same time. There's a large variety of videos on the channel too, so it's likely that you'll find something there related to your interests.

Watchmojo is another great one. Their channel is dedicated to mainly top 10 lists that span a wide range of topics from gaming to historic events to TV shows. They have loads of content.

Vsauce. It's a science channel and it takes on some very interesting topics! I could, and have, watched it for hours.
