E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy. I bought it for $20.00 USD here awhile back after reading the steam reviews for it (which are highly entertaining) and thinking, "it can't really be as insane as these reviews make it." I was wrong. It is that insane. You need the community patch for the game since the default English translation is really bad (but entertaining - I laughed the first time I saw "Bullshit!! Ultra-failed attack!" pop up on screen).
Basically it's what would happen if a bunch of Deus Ex developers combined hardcore Morrowind-style RPG mechanics with updated Source-engine FPS controls under a dystopian cyberpunk theme, all while licking toads. And it's awesome if you like those three things. For a 2010 game it holds up fine. And the story is a mindfuck. I love FPS games and I haven't played anything else quite like it.

Two games I loved for so long, Deus ex and Morrowind, in one game? You sir just sold me a game. On payday of course.

Homeworld turned out to be one of the most beautiful and interesting strategy games I have ever played.

Star Wars: Commander - it's just a Clash of Clans clone set in the Star Wars universe but I can't put it down because I love watching Chewbacca take out the Empire's turrets.

I can honestly say I've never heard of the game.

I'm not surprised, this game came out in 1994. I bought it in the discount bin in 1998. it was during the era where full motion video (cutscenes) were both new and considered a great way to use the huge space of a CD instead of floppy discs (650MB vs 1.44 MB)

It's a shame that it's so short it's lacking in some depth but for a first game it's pretty good, basically finished it in a single sitting.

if you like gunpoint, you should try out ronin, it has a similar jumping and stealth aspect but the combat is alot better, its ninja turn based fighting, really unique

The binding of Isaac and dungeons of Dredmor, 35 and 42 hours respectively and bought them both for under $5. They are super addictive timesinks that I suck at. I'm a sucker for hard rouge-like games with unlockables like this game http://www.kongregate.com/games/innocuousgames/amorphous

OMG the binding of Isaac is fucking epic. Although it just got a makeover, I'm wondering if that is worth it.

It has a bunch of new items, mobs, characters and bosses. Dynamic weapons and bigger rooms with more monsters also co-op. It's like what binding of Isaac could of been if they didn't use crappy asctionscript 2. I'm not a fan of the art style pretty sick of pixel graphic to be honest and I always though that Edmund was best at vector art.

Has an interesting mechanic but I'm pretty rhythmically retarded. I'll keep an eye out for it, thanks.
