It's a shame that it's so short it's lacking in some depth but for a first game it's pretty good, basically finished it in a single sitting.

if you like gunpoint, you should try out ronin, it has a similar jumping and stealth aspect but the combat is alot better, its ninja turn based fighting, really unique

The binding of Isaac and dungeons of Dredmor, 35 and 42 hours respectively and bought them both for under $5. They are super addictive timesinks that I suck at. I'm a sucker for hard rouge-like games with unlockables like this game http://www.kongregate.com/games/innocuousgames/amorphous

OMG the binding of Isaac is fucking epic. Although it just got a makeover, I'm wondering if that is worth it.

It has a bunch of new items, mobs, characters and bosses. Dynamic weapons and bigger rooms with more monsters also co-op. It's like what binding of Isaac could of been if they didn't use crappy asctionscript 2. I'm not a fan of the art style pretty sick of pixel graphic to be honest and I always though that Edmund was best at vector art.

Has an interesting mechanic but I'm pretty rhythmically retarded. I'll keep an eye out for it, thanks.

I looked it up, is it similar to 2048?
[–] joebillybob 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago
My understanding is that 2048 is actually a clone of Threes. I could be wrong, though.

Similar in the sense that you're sliding number cards, but everything doesn't snap like in 2048. Id say threes is a lot more challenging.

what made it good? in your mind i mean.

GTA (for example) has a big city that feels empty and pretty lifeless, the environment of Sleeping Dogs was just brilliant, I loved the markets and snippets of conversation you would pick up.
The story and gameplay were very good, but it was the rich atmosphere that really pulled it together. It also helped that it wasn't set in a typical western city.

Victoria II. It's an open ended grand strategy game taking place from 1836-1936 which I've apparently spend 165 hours playing. It's currently $5 on Steam.
