2500 calories shouldn't be a "limit", it should be something that's hard to even reach. How is it that this ham requires "good" behavior just to stay under 2500 calories...

Yeah, eating 2500kcal+ is really hard when eating lot's of vegetables and fruit. I basically have to force-feed myself to gain weight since I eat clean.

I'm always surprised at how terrible people are at going for long periods without food. Even non-fats sometimes. They act like they're on the verge of collapse if they're deprived of food for more than about five hours, at which point I'm subjected to exclamations about how STAAAARVING they are at five minute intervals until we can go get food, or god forbid they have to "skip a meal" which usually just means have to delay usual mealtime by more than one hour.

To be honest - I'm one of those who's starving after five hours without food. I go to the gym five times a week, have no car and do everything based on walking and public transport. I'm getting ravenous after a few hours, but that has a reason other than "thut donut in my head is sedushing me again".
