Re: All those people that were granted immunity from prosecution in the HRC email scandal by the top investigators of the (presumably corrupt) FBI never turned over any (as far as we know) incriminating evidence against Hillary and the DNC.
Question: Is that immunity from prosecution still valid?
[–] GoodGodKirk [S] 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago
Not if everyone who issued them are fired.

Seems like it would be a "sticky" legal battle to indict any of them. (Like the mid-level tech that set up her illegal server).
[–] LostandFound 0 points 7 points 7 points (+7|-0) ago
Immunity deals are generally given on the basis that the individual has provided a full and transparent account of all events. If it can be demonstrated that someone given immunity lied or was knowingly not fully transparent then they blow their deal.
Also note that the immunity deal given would be specific to that investigation most of which as I understand were given in relation to the HRC server, so crimes outside of that are still fair game.

I'm guessing there is a piece of USC that may invalidate immunity under certain conditions, i.e. treason.

There is no storm. Don't you remember you were sold that the storm begins when trump gets back from China. Nothing happened. You are moving the goal post back yet again. Arrest are not imminent. The FBI is a tool of the Banking cartel, they protect those doing opperations for them. There is nobody high up in the FBI who is not theirs. The entire government is phony. Stop selling Q.

"Stop selling Q" Has Q become a new acronym for BS?
[–] Psalm144-1 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago (edited ago)
With Q, "arrests" and real "justice" is always just around the corner. Its always "next week" which then turns into "next month" then ultimately turns into some future date months and months out. All these dates come and go and guess what... Podesta, Clinton, Alefantis are still walking free. WHERE ARE THE PERP WALKS?! I can't stand how much blind faith people put in Q. I'm not totally against Q but I CAN'T STAND IT when people say shit like "dont worry Q said x".
All the Q worshipers seem to be in some kind of hypnotic trance. Lingering on the words of a completely anonymous online identity and following orders like good boys and girls. I think its time to drop Q and get back to what we do best, digging and researching on our OWN and busting stories wide open!

Yeah, I saw that Comey threw him under the bus at some point with one of his investigations. Not sure what’s coming of it, but he’s surrounded by Clinton cronies. Most likely his undoing.

A tricksy running-together of U. S. firings and resignations with arrests in other countries. Where are the high-profile arrests in the U. S.? People get hired and fired from govt departments all the time, especially at those hgher levels where the appointments are political - it doesn't mean anything special.
[–] GoodGodKirk [S] ago
Someone has posted the sheets link keeping track of the resignations, check it out.

Trump's priority right now is Iran. When the arrests start he will be temporarily weakened while he deals with the fallout, making it harder for him to act overseas. He has the DoJ and the Republican congress under control so he can afford to wait a bit.
The Horowitz report is May 15 I believe. We might see arrests then.

Thanks for posting that. It wouldn’t allow me to post earlier and I had to remove it. Didn’t want my post removed either.

I looks like you got hit with the edit bug, too, GGK. Basically, the view and vote counts get stuck at whatever point they were at when you edited your post, if you edit. Hopefully, Putt will be fixing this soon. If you feel like you didn't get enough visibility, you are welcome to repost and self-delete this version. We don't consider that spamming.
