"High intensity" and "bench pressing lots of weights" leads me to believe they haven't been in a gym either and acquired those examples from Reddit.

"How much do you bench?" - "Lots of weights!"

I can bench every single dumbell on the rack. Just LOOK at all these weights I can bench, bro!

Several weights. Several 5 pound plates in fact!

I snorted at "high intensity" running on the treadmill. Oh, you mean 3mph with no incline??

"very heavy weights" No, fatty, that's the warm up.

The heavy weights are those 45 lb plates you stacked next to the table so you could sit down when all the other fatties took up the tables during free pizza day at planet fitness.

Actually, fat people could be “active” though.

If an obese person is doing "high intensity" work outs everyday i dont think theyre going to stay obese.

And they shouldn't be doing high intensity. They should diet until they are fit enough not to do irreparable damage to their knees and other joints by crushing their body with fat waves.

Lose weight first, tone next. Ftttt.

I see slobs at the gym too. They normally don't do much. The fit and active individuals are constantly working out. But this person must bench lots of weights so I could be wrong.

it's literally the opposite in reality. The fatties at my gym are all still just as fat as they were when I signed up over a year ago, just as I predicted from watching them. They just waddle on the treadmill and hog the machines, using them mostly to sit and chat to their friends instead of actually doing any work. The obese men with massive guts are still just as fat, but they rationalize that they're STRONK because they put a lot of weight on the leg press instead of doing anything about that visceral fat suffocating their organs.

We had a mayo dumpster come in for a free trial. It puked after the warm-up (a 400m jog, some dynamic stretching, air squats, and pushups) and was never seen again.

the same "obese" people..

That's funny because I've been working out for 2 decades and whenever I see a fatty at the gym I can be certain I won't be seeing them for long.
