I see slobs at the gym too. They normally don't do much. The fit and active individuals are constantly working out. But this person must bench lots of weights so I could be wrong.

If an obese person is doing "high intensity" work outs everyday i dont think theyre going to stay obese.

And they shouldn't be doing high intensity. They should diet until they are fit enough not to do irreparable damage to their knees and other joints by crushing their body with fat waves.

Lose weight first, tone next. Ftttt.

Actually, fat people could be “active” though.

"very heavy weights" No, fatty, that's the warm up.

The heavy weights are those 45 lb plates you stacked next to the table so you could sit down when all the other fatties took up the tables during free pizza day at planet fitness.

"High intensity" and "bench pressing lots of weights" leads me to believe they haven't been in a gym either and acquired those examples from Reddit.

I snorted at "high intensity" running on the treadmill. Oh, you mean 3mph with no incline??

I can bench every single dumbell on the rack. Just LOOK at all these weights I can bench, bro!
