This looks pretty simple and able to do without a machine. If you can get a pattern I'm down to try

@Le_Squish will know where to find a pattern.

Thank you, this would be my first project like this so probably buying one will be good. I'll check out this site when I get home, thank you, you guys are so inspiring to make our own things and a garden apron would be a very good thing for this summer.

Yes, but not like that one...I don't like the style. I want a Japanese apron! They're so pretty and minimalist. I just need to find some good sturdy fabric - actually I just remembered, as I type, that I have a huge chunk of dark blue fabric in my stash that might work. But yes. Now that the snow is about gone, it's gardening season.

Google image search. They're super easy to sew, by the look of 'em!

I prefer oversized buckets that are extremely unwieldy.

Sometimes those are the only thing big enough! The Dollarama carries big soft plastic totes - I'm planning to get one for hauling in green beans and stuff.

I actually have a nice little carrier that I got as a gift 2 years ago. It's a pretty sweet harvesting basket. But for potatoes and stuff I use a lowes bucket.

Jesus Christ. You know you're getting old when granny in a garden dress starts looking hot.
