Lol, yes-yes indeed, bouncing balls in the wrong environment could definitely get someone hurt.
It was a sale of chunky yarn I bought a while back for teaching the kids how to knit. I had 1 skein left.
I haven’t built my own skeins of yarn since maybe 5 years ago, I got my hands on fine machine wool once FOR FREE and dependent on projects I would have to wind then together with a ”spinning tool” to the desired thickness. Also a friends of mine several years ago allowed me to comb and spin wool once which was really cool on a proper spinning wheel... I want one and sheep too... lol
But here in Merica, things are so cheap compared to other countries I have lived in but you do end up giving up on quality because you realise it’s all imported from China :(
Anyway I will be making more nets with waterproof string or a type of skinny rope in the near future to hang the balls outside under the eaves for easy access.
I better get a longsleeve on for that one or I may get rope burn... :)

Here is a better picture showing the opening of the net for ease of access

I LOVE seeing people make things instead of going to the store and dropping hard earned cash.

Lol, I had an idea and ran with it. Yay it worked and I think the 1 skein of yarn cost me around $2 on sale, it was in my craft closet ;)
No stress as there was no pressure and seriously such a good space saver, I feel silly not thinking about this before. I made arm knitting scarves a long time back and it really reminded me of net, so I thought, can I make a net to hold these balls? Tried it, it worked, now to see how long it lasts...
Soooo how you doing mama? :)
Ps: I cannot resurrect /u/Nadeshda so if you want to transfer my previous flair to this one that would really nice. Sorry, I didn’t come back to you sooner, I was just hoping Putts would fix it, that’s all.
