Err... I'm one of the snobby locals, I suppose. It's seriously good wine. Their first year making blueberry wine was fantastic and they think the next year will be even better. I guess they are going to try to age some of it?
You can indeed age fruit wines, like any of them, but they don't tend to age as well as grape-based beverages. You really can only get a couple years. Maybe they are talking about simply getting better with experience as we all do.
