you mean without building some kind of "dog whistle" tone playing speaker that might make you/people around you deaf, and might break a few noise/animal well-being laws, subsequently getting you arrested, as well as possibly not even defeating the microphone?

Actually some sort of subsonic sound was the only thing I could come up with, but I don't want to hurt those around me... As for an emp bomb... that is a one time use, I want to be safe from voice recording on a constant basis.

they could still perceive sound data likely, by reading only certain wavelengths

There's a really neat natural and cheap way to do this. It lowers your speech decibels to being nigh on imperceptible by traditional microphones. It's called whispering.
