The whole concept of this book is about tricking kids into having fun without realising they are exercising.
Otherwise known as a normal, healthy, active lifestyle. The title is clickbait, but I don't blame the author for that. What I find sad is that what used to be standard parenting tactics, i.e. encourage kids to do sport so they might find a passion and incidentally exercise, now has to be sold to parents under a new strategy of manipulation. When I was a kid, I was told to do sport "so you can get some exercise" and also because I might enjoy it. This isn't new. Parents are just lazy shits these days.

From an Amazon review of this book: Comment title: "Needs New Title" "Is this really just a joke? I am a mom of an overweight child. There is no way I could download this book FREE or not. I will never know if the advice is worthy. How do you think my child will feel when he is perusing my kindle and sees this title? Deal breaker."
I guess "don't judge a book by its cover" isn't valid anymore?
