"Does it work?"

"Yes!"

"Them why don't you use it, instead of just settling it?"

Just imagine "corn syrup for blood" when you see the lying pigs.

They have to lie because the only methods that actually work involve eating less and/or moving more, and no fatass wants to buy either of those things.

You could beat her at her own game. Don't actually buy her products, but say you bought them or something similar and credit it for some fake weight loss. "You were right. I used these and I dropped those last 20lb almost overnight!"

I am always so confused by people who just seem to give up after kids. I’ve had so many people say “you’ll never have that body after kids! It’s no longer your life - enjoy it now!” Yet all my running buddies who are parents MAKE the time, involve their kids with their fitness, and make their health a priority BECAUSE they have kids!! It’s doable. Lazy fats (all fats) are so infuriating with their whining and helplessness.

im sure it would upset my husbands family

Cows never like to be disturbed, they much prefer grazing, so much so that they will fight the disturbance itself for no other reason

There's probably a certain back-ass-wards appeal to a fat "diet product" seller. A fit person would intimidate and shame plump potential purchasers, while a fat is a "sister in suffering." Kind of the reverse of the Fat Waitress Effect.
