Some public service systems cannot function properly if they are privatized. Prisons are one of them. Without a military standard of regimented procedures in place, this is the kind of pirate prisons you end up with.

This was in the Pasco County jail, a "public prison". The US is the prison capital of the world. The problem is not private prisons, its that there is a class divide between cops and prisoners.

My mistake, i was under the impression american prisons were all privatized. The guards error was in ammunition selection, rubber or chalk bullets would have been fine in this instance.
Class divide? lol, they are prisoners, the class divide is intentional and deserved.
