I don't factor in things like salt and butter, they're incidentals that I use for other things so it's meh. I just buy all purpose flour, I use it too much to just buy bread flour.

The other prices can't straight from Walmart, as did the milk. They started running .78 gallons a couple months ago and couldn't keep it in stock so they've just kept on doing it. Lol

4 cups flour, cup milk, 1 Tbs yeast, two butter, 1 salt, 1/4 cup sugar. I think that's it... I always forget something. Makes 4-5 decent sized personal loaves. Clocks in just under .50c, if my math is close.
