Sure, this is a bit different though. Can a church use its money to open a "crisis pregnancy center" where they offer only options that fall into their religious views? Adoptions marriage etc.

California says no, that you can't spread your religion in this way, you dont get that free speech, and all existing "crisis pregnancy centers" have to promote abortion, even if that conflicts with your Christian beliefs.

Does Planned Parenthood have to hand out leaflets asking women to consider not killing their baby?

If it's 100% church Money yes they should be able too. And he'll I'm pro choice.

Now if they take federal donations...no. You gotta offer all options equally.

Also, you must inform the patient they are at a religious clinic and not all options will be discussed at that clinic. You don't gotta say what they are though.

If a church wants to spread their religion they can do it in a church. What they're doing is opening up churches masquerading as a clinic and then not telling the patients who go there that all the advice they're getting is actually from a church. The first amendment doesn't afford churches the right to commit fraud.

Orphanages, not adoption. Adoption selects for the worst people, while orphanages can be staffed by random selection.

So when can we expect mosques and synagogues to suggest eating bacon for members who have eating disorders?

They’re educating people on their options. People who shouldn’t be having children (addicts, niggers) are usually quite stupid and need to be told how to do everything.

If the 14th amendment was real there would be such a sign.

This is where I stand. No-one should be obligated to advocate for or perform abortions at their clinic, but they should make sure their patients know it's an option and be able to direct them toward further information about it on request. I don't understand the apparent POV that you need to trick/mislead/lie to/coerce people--frequently some combination of young, stupid, and poor--into making moral decisions, but then they'll raise a child just fine. Even for people who are well-off and just don't want the baby, don't bring kids into the world just because there's a slim chance they'll be adopted into a good, non-cult, non-pedophile family instead of floating around in foster care purgatory or living with parents who didn't want them, or "rise above their circumstances" instead of becoming mentally ill and/or a criminal.

In other news -

Alcoholics Anonymous is now required to suggest drinking more, despite that being against their beliefs.

They keep moving the needle closer to all out civil war in that state. Conservatives out number the progressive faggots and they should start showing it.

More than 8,251,500 of those registered to vote are Democrats, making the political party 45.21% of registered voters. More than 4,888,700 are Republicans, nearly 26.8% of the registered voters.

Not quite.

Sure so long as they hand out pamplets to their visitors saying "We are coming from a given ethos and will in no way attempt to tell you all your options or educate to in an even vaguely accurate way about anything to do with human biology."

Uhh, don't run a "crisis" center and not provide options. You aren't a crisis center. Your an indoctrinating facility. Which is fine, go ahead and run that, but don't pretend and mislead.

You would love to force their speech huh? You'd outlaw their religious beliefs too if given the opportunity.

I'd outlaw superstition, yes. Go back to the caves with that ridiculous shit. It has no place in a civilized society.
