too bad the heart doesn't like it--If you're past 40, just eat it now and then
I would never be able to quantify how much pizza I used to eat. Until I started eating healthier and working out, I was eating pizza several times a week. Hell, when I was younger I ran a pizza place for 6 or 7 years and ate pizza every night each week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day but never got over 160 pounds. But you're right, as soon as I hit 40 it started to take it's toll. When I had to go on Lisinopril for blood pressure (only 5mg a day but still...) I decided to stop being a fat, lazy American... which means FAR less pizza, sticking to a calorie count, and working out 5 nights a week. I think giving up soda was harder.
Middle age sucks if you let it take over your life. Ugh... :(

Pizza might be a good motivator, but the lost time in eating and after eating(the bloat) has to offset the gains.
