They haven't shut down very many for that, usually they break some kind of guidelines then claim its because they're conservative. Other times they just get mass reported which auto-flags them until YouTube slowly, slowly gets to reverting it (see the dear fat people video). For the most part they're pretty first amendment

The first amendment has nothing to do with youtube videos. All it does is protect your speech from government retribution. It does not mean that a company has to allow you to say whatever you want on their platform. Not at all. Most Americans have no idea what their first amendment rights even are. The Constitution: You can read it online. Try it.
