All those under 21 working as servers in the restaurant industry are able to serve alcohol to their customers without acting like whiny little bitches.

Prohibition and its repeal were amendments (just like the 2nd AMENDEMEMT) slick, so yes it is a right in the Constitution to drink alcohol.

Yes, prohibition and its repeal where Constitutional Amendments. Therefore, alcohol is a right.

We'll need to add an amendment to the constitution declaring it so!

I find this a little cringey. This is a private business making a private business decision. Are they douchebags for the decision they've made? absolutely. Is it an abridgement of your second amendment rights? not really. It's a private business restricting this, not the government.

I mean, it's a pretty gay 2 week notice. Dick's isn't infringing on his right to bear arms, they just don't want to sell them.
It'd be like me quitting working at Baskin Robin's because they decided to quit selling cookies and cream, while I can still go to the grocery store and buy cookies and cream.
Now if Dick's was lobbying for a ban on firearms, then I would be for a boycott.
All I'm saying is that he could've worded his 2 week notice better.
"If Dick's Sporting Goods wants to make pointless political statements that will cost them money in the long run just to virtue signal to shitlibs, then I too want to make a pointless political statement that will cost me money to signal to my side. Neither Dick's decision to no longer sell guns to people under 21 nor my decision to quit my job at Dick's will have any real impact on school shootings or the defense of the second amendment."

Wrong. They still sell the firearms. If they stopped selling firearms altogether that would be a more reasonable position. It makes zero sense to stop selling firearms to under 21s yet still allow under 21s to work in the firearm department.

Still, they're not infringing on anyone's rights, and it's stupid political posturing that will only cost them money.
