I disagree. Putin is a product of the USSR. Meaning he is honest to a fault. He is known for not taking bribes. This is why banksters are having a problem with him. Banksters controlled all the banks of the world, if he had any money they would have control over him. The disinformation attacks are always directed at the strongest characteristics, so even that indicates that he is above all honest. Besides, he is a workaholic and spends his free time at his friend's dachas. If he is not using his money what is it for?

When Stalin came to power he discovered that the central bank of the USSR was in New York. This is when the West lost its love affair with the Russian Revolution. Bankers started in London and all the major banks are still there. England is the only EU country that did not convert to Euro and is the only one getting out when banks are about to collapse.
