If you remove the right to be stupid, then a dictatorship would probably be unnecessary.
You would write a document like the US Constitution, which lays out exactly what the government is allowed to do. You’d set it up so that the cities couldn’t overrule the countryside. You’d put your rights in writing. And it would get shit all over anyway, because that’s what people are like.

no niggers, mandatory open carry and meet minimum income requirements. Commit a crime, you're out. No second chance, no jail. Gone, period. A constitution set in stone, with no room for "interpretation", what is says it what it means. It will be complete and precise, no amendments necessary. No political parties. Mandatory voting in every election and on every bill by the entire population. Citizen legislators, 2 term limit. When elected, you get 3-6 year leave from your job, compensated by the state at your average yearly salary.

If 4% of Americans are unemployed, and 21% of people are on gov't assistance in order to afford housing, children, food; then how do you propose non-existent "welfare for the poor"? Who will work at restaurants and shops (minimum wage jobs) if they can't afford to live in your nation? (edit:clarification)

I was thinking of something like a set of stringent rules that prevent people from being too greedy on those who wish to a normal life. Like I believe all that is necessary is food, shelter, medical care, education, internet, and any required by law insurances/services. It might be similar to universal basic income. Make it possible by law for someone to get by living on a minimum wage job. In a sense it is a type of welfare, but the current system of welfare, as I understand it, is far too abused.
There needs to be two groups of people, the people actually happy to live comfortably on a minimum wage job, and a group of people who wish to go further than just minimum wage. There are similar systems in place around the world already. One is some Chinese factories where housing, food, and education is supplied by the factories for the families that work at the factories. Not too sure about medical, but that is probably supplied too.
I only know of the current system in USA where there is far too many middlemen taking money off the top, and so many greedy selfish people which just fill everything with bureaucratic red tape making things impossible for everyone.

America is a great place to live and work. Its the shifty kikes that ruin everything. Whether its importing low IQ shitskins and street shitters or encouraging deviant behavior.
