Well women have always worked. Going into the 1930's depression, 30% of women had jobs outside the home. The best you can do right now is make sure you yourself don't work with women. Be a plumber or something because they won't be taking advantage of bad managers to get those jobs they don't want to do. Besides, both women and immigrants drive down the pay of any field they fill.

Did you know there were women taxi drivers? They didn't drive at night. They did clerical work too. Every neighborhood had a seamstress working out of their home. Jobs like that only came to be considered lowly and beneath dignity in the 1980s when the boomers were all grown up and credit cards became ubiquitous. They were told that thinking jobs were the future and only thinking jobs. So they raised their kids to believe that they were going to be professional, white collar thinkers and everything else was garbage, only fit for immigrants.
