This is completely ridiculous. The amount of money and unnecessary time put towards the fake dossier should be charged back to those who started it and pushed it. If I make a fake call to the fire department and they make a run... I get charged for that run. So why is it I can be changed for unnecessary usage of our facilities that are supposed to protect us..;and I have to reimburse the full amount but our nifty people up at the nation doesn’t. I see a huge problem with the unfairness and illegal use of our laws
Yeah but Christopher Steele, the FBI, the CIA, the DOJ under the Obama administration, fusion GPS, Hillary Clinton, the DNC, Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein, Jeff Sessions, Barack Obama, and the news like CNN, MSNBC, etc knew knew knew it was fake all ready and were so incredibly anti Trump so incredibly bias that they tried to roll with it on purpose and spin it for their own advantage and still tried going after Trump anyway on their own even though they all knew it was fake. Unless only one of them knew it was fake but that was still a shitty thing to do and it was the British spy who only knew it was fake because he's just a British tabloid and knew. And knew it could/would lead to war with the U.K because he was a foreign spy acting against the sitting American president AKA president Donald Trump. But we'll never know if they all knew or it was only Christopher Steele or a couple other people. So don't blame some internet trolls for other people who knew it was fake but tried to spin it and sell it as real any way.

I don’t know I’m pretty sure we’ll see them charged and prosecuted. Between the Q post and everything else thats been trickling out I’m almost positive we will see it. The has to be an example set after all. That way if it’s planned again they’ll thinklong and hard before acting on it

I don’t know. Five years prison is probably adequate. It just needs to be a real possibility. Send a few officials of varying levels of seniority to prison with 5 year sentences and I think the situation would clear itself up lightning fast.

Five max. Having faced a potential five my self and having gotten probation that's not to weird if you plea.
Unfortunatly we don't have any sentencing guidelines which would tell us the 20th percentile and 80th percentile because nobody has gotten in trouble for it.
Keep in mind a process crime like purjury has a max of 10 years per charge. This is a process crime but by the government so it should have a higher standard.

I don't think so; not with golden parachutes and the shadow gov't intact. They'll go in, go maximum-over-Jew while in office, and afterwards, take their five year vacation— knowing full-well that they have their payout and life of freedom, awaiting them on the other side of their paid-for resort minimum-security prison sentence.
