Up until now, if a user was a fast typer and wanted to submit more than 1 comment in a period of 120 seconds, server would simply drop the comment and not inform the user what was going on. This new update (although relatively simple to implement) will now inform the user if anti-spam throttling has been triggered, not drop the comment client-side and allow the user to retry submission, as screenshot shows.
Hmm, I guess I figured users would hit the back button, but you're right, we should employ the same technique for regular comments as well. I'll get to it :)
