Trying to. Biggest problem is that work + class + doing classwork at home is a whole lot of time spent sitting on my ass, and it takes up a LOT of time. =/

You don't need to be active to lose weight. Energy doesn't make it's way into your mouth on its own.

Get into the habit of a routine. Make a permanent change to your diet. It's not a verb. There is no end date

I sit on my ass all the time, too. I'm still the same size I was in high school, 20+ years ago. The key is eating less.

I know unsolicited advice is a pain in the ass, downvoat accordingly.

Fucked up thing is that I'm so busy I'll actually forget to eat for most of the day sometimes. I really need to find a more active job I think. I hate what I do anyway, plus the entire industry is going in the shitter.
