Netflix probably flagged your account as problematic or some shit.

He bought a controlling share in it just a few months before Dear White People was announced.
Total cohencidence.

So right off the bat, you’re going to get a lot of flak for still giving Netflix money. They’ve been pretty jewed for a while now.
It sounds like you’re still in the mentality that Netflix is just a neutral streaming provider who just happens to offer shows you aren’t interested in. Kinda like if a parent went to Walmart to buy their kid a doll, and found a black Barbie next to the white one. It’s no problem for the parent to pick the doll they want, because the store offers both.
The boycott comes in when the business forces your hand. Maybe they stop carrying the white barbies because the company finds them ‘problematic’ or if the store decides to appeal to .01% of the population by letting anyone use whatever bathroom they want without question because they don’t want to assume anyone’s gender.
So looking at Netflix, you’ve got to ask yourself how many right-leaning, un-cucked, pro white shows are left compared to the left agenda driven shows you constantly need to block. Is it a Walmart offering both black and white dolls, or is it a Target telling you that you now need to adjust your values in order to continue using their service?
For me, when Dear White People came out, I considered it the former, but then they started injecting it into every other show. It switched to the latter during Iron Fist (which wasn’t great to begin with) during a scene when Danny, who lived in the Himalayas almost his entire life and had never had any contact with women since he was a child, is about to lose his virginity to a woman who likely wasn’t quite so innocent. The show made a point to have the naive, innocent guy explicitly ask for consent... twice! (can’t ever be too sure. Sometimes yes means no too u guiz). It took me completely out of the show. All I could see at that moment was Netflix lecturing me about toxic masculinity and rape culture, and it wasn’t like the show was marketed to feminists. It wasn’t the black Barbie anymore. It was an ambush. And that’s when Netflix crossed over for me.

There was an article recently about places offering Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others for pennies. Very shady, as in 'hacked other accounts' and so on. One of the warnings for using the service is to not change the password - which is a huge red flag. Maybe they got into your account and watched some shows?
Or maybe Netflix is just agenda driven.

Fair enough.
