I don't take it as a supplement, but as I posted it is common in many foods (actually over a hundred).

The form of fiber they found effective was inulin. Appears to be common in plants. Supplements are derived from chicory root. Foods are asparagus, onion, garlic, bananas, barley, rye, wheat.
