You can also do this with Parmesan. Get a good piece of Parmesan. Remove the rind, finely grate it, season and either sprinkle it onto a cookie sheet like you did here, or you can sprinkle it over 'thinly' sliced potatoes (Yukon Gold), then bake. Pretty awesome.

I've always been partial to asiago.

And if you want to be fancy about it, mould them over the bottom of a mini cupcake tin or some such while they're still warm. When they cool you have small edible ramekins

This also works well with grated Parmesan. The time and temperature will probably need to be adjusted though.

Cheese is the best. If I'm snacky, better to grab a slice of cheese, rather then chips, bread, or whatever. Not a fatty. Type 1 diabetic. Carbs want to murder me. Kudos. I want to make this!
