I'm hoping this is real but there is always the chance this is just elaborate fanfic.

It's way too elaborate to be anything but some autistic's hobby-project:
- official-looking bar sinister watermark.
- too-carefully wrinkled sheets for that casual "just found this" feel.
- pointless margin scribbles and oooh! even a stickie note now that's authentic!
- authorizing signatory initials in different color inks on the bottom of a mass-produced, highly incriminating memo. Who the fuck does rhat?

Yeah, you never know. But even if it's fanfic, there are a lot of truths woven in. It also correlates well with other things we've seen--buses picking up actors in California to protest elsewhere, for instance.

So at the very least, if someone could figure out those locations of businesses and correlate it with ones that were damaged during the protests, you have proof of insurance fraud

They did, most of the fires were started over the plotted course.

Here's some related background that didn't upload with the group: link
After Mjazz uploaded his document, I started digging around. 8chan is all over it--I thought it was important enough to spread the word over here. A lot of the questions we had in Mjazz's submission are answered by these docs. If they turn out to be real, heads are absolutely going to roll.
If I was the guy that originally posted these on 4chan, I'd make sure to contact my brother and tell him to get into hiding asap...because if these are real, then the people organizing this are evil in every sense of the word. If they have no problem inciting riots, what's the problem with snuffing out one witness for the "greater good?"
