The cookies give them something to nibble while waiting the horrifying 20 minutes for the pizza to cook. Gotta keep starvashun mode at bay y'know. This isn't just clever marketing, it's a key to healthy living.

That goes without saying. In fact, Tubby probably digs out the cookie dough to munch on the way home.

Why not just cut to the chase and replace the veggies on the pizza with cookie dough?

Why not go all the way?

What’s really sad is some people would consider this “healthy” because it’s “home cooked” instead of take-out.

Agreed. I once saw a documentary where a mother was going on about how much healthier her 'home cooked' freezer bag chicken nuggets were compared to McBeetus takeout. For her child. She really seemed to believe this and it's fucking depressing to realise there is so much ignorance out there.

I was shocked too, but at least in our local grocery, they make sure there's a hanging rack with ranch dressing proudly displayed by the pizza section. So yeah our grocery is trying to help shitlord them into death quicker I guess :)

UPDATE: I just went to the same grocery and they have removed the ranch racks for tins of generic mushrooms and that parmesan cheese shite.
We were going to take a pic to show you that this actually happened to us, but they ruined it for us. /sad
