Was never a huge fan of any particular bbq. Not that I don't enjoy it, but I'm more than happy with a nice fat steak or burger on the grill and basic toppings, and whatever veggies on the side. Eaten as God intended with a little added for preference.
Then again you don't bbq much when it's under 40F half the year

NYC. Not that it's too cold to bbq if you really wanted to, or that there aren't 100 places to eat out and get it, I just prefer the more simple stuff when it comes to meat and a cast-iron skillet does a great job at that
