Are you sure it wasn't a grueling struggle? I am to understand that just maintaining weight, never mind losing it, is not only scientifically impossible, but reserved for those whose entire existence is centred around the task. According to what I've heard, I actually might have to ask if you have an eating disorder. You mentioned climbing stairs and doing push-ups. These are disordered behaviours, I am told. If you are correct and it is in fact really fucking easy to not be fat, this would undermine many of the blogs and statements I have read on the matter.

I am a Trained Researcher ™ and let me just say that forcing a child to witness & participate in this behaviour is Wrong! I think it's child abuse & I'm going to not only downvoat, but go blog extensively about how this reinforces society's expectations of masculinity.

Are... are you daring to suggest that some information on Internet blogs might not be 100% true and backed with unbiased peer-reviewed scientific facts?

Fuck, this year when my parents got a new scale, I asked for the old one so I could monitor my weight... I "forget" to eat all the time and can get a little underweight. How can your life revolve around food to the degree that you think losing weight is impossible?! There is a pervasive myth in America that skipping even a single meal will be bad for your health... To combat this absurd fear, it would seem that mayo dumpsters eat meals between the meals just to be safe. I have heard it repeated often, perhaps more often than others because I'm a skinny fucker, that if I skip a meal I could get sick (seriously). But the fact is, science has proven that you will live 15% longer with a much better quality of life if you skip eating every fourth day, aka intermittent fasting. That's right, NO FOOD AT ALL for a whole day. But people are deluded... And addicted. It's almost like those incel faggots who's lives revolve around pornography and anime so much that they think sex is impossible... Except that fats have the evidence of their ridiculousness staring them in the face every time they see a mirror and every time they look down at their disgusting fupas. Here's the thing... These idiots chose what they chose. I too have made PLENTY of poor choices, but would I ever flaunt it and then demand you accept my poor choices as something beautiful, labelling the opposition to such decisions as discrimination? FUCK NO. And to boot, my poor choices aren't crippling the medical industry and do not beg for social welfare funding.

Hol up hol up hol up! Didn't you know that by eating 500 kcal/day you actually gain weight because your body goes into starvation mode??

I'm going to write the UN and the EU so they can finally set things straight by not sending food aid to impoverished nations. I mean, just a little but less calories and the body will turn into a perpetuum mobile.

I started at 115 and ended at 133. Only because I was pregnant when the year began and had killer morning sickness.

Isn't not eating until you drop soooooo hard?

Thanks to places like this where people call out the lard on their shit I lost a 100 pounds over the last year. (Yeah, I was horrible.) Still hoping I can keep it up into 2018.

I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks because of finals. Stress caused me to eat a little less than normal, and I lost weight like crazy.

I will never understand why fats have such a hard time losing weight. If they just cut back a little, pounds would go flying like candy wrappers during one of their normal snacks.

Depends a lot. Stress makes me (and likely others, too) want to munch a lot, regardless of the food (anything from fruit, vegetables, to bread, meat, pretzels; not much into chocolate). When I have bad depression and ED days, I have almost no appetite and I try to eat as little as possible.

I actually missed quite a few meals during finals, partially because I wasn't hungry and occasionally because I was so busy studying that I just forgot. By ham logic, I should have gone into starvation mode and gained weight.

So inspirational, congrats x May 2018 bring you just as much equalisation of calorific intake and outtake! (in all seriousness guys, it's really that simple, in = out... too bad lard can't understand addition vs subtraction, happy new year non-fatties! keep up the spirit of simple maths!)
