Likely false positives.

Ceddit has no backend of its own, it talks directly to oauth.reddit,com and api.pushshift.io

This (talking to social media sites cross domain) is similar behavior to things like facebook’s like widgets that track you.

Reddit can see how you are using ceddit pretty much just as if you were browsing reddit, they get less info on clicks and referers than if you used the actual site, but they know how often people use ceddit and roughly what they are looking at.

When you use ceddit, I don’t see anything but the initial url you land on (though I never look at this anyway)

If you use snew.github.io I don’t even see that.

Snew/ceddit does everything it can to improve user privacy, but it is a Reddit client at the end of the day.
