Why resign over allegations? Ugh!

Still should make them prove it. We need more guys standing their ground against these women. What kind of precedent is set by allowing any random cunt to ruin a man's career over mere accusations?

Whenever you hear about one of Trump's EOs being reviewed, or shot down by a court, there's a very high chance the 9th circuit is the one that did that

https://infogalactic.com/info/Alex_Kozinski#Early_life
Kozinski was born to a Jewish family[2] in Bucharest, Romania, in July 1950. In 1962, when he was 12, his parents, both Holocaust survivors, brought him to the United States. The family settled in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, where his father, Moses, ran a small grocery store. Kozinski, who had grown up as a committed communist in Bucharest, became what he described as "an instant capitalist" when he took his first trip outside of the Iron Curtain, to Vienna, where he partook of such luxuries as chewing gum and bananas.[3]
He appeared on the television show The Dating Game in 1968, where he planted an "egregious kiss"[4] on a "surprised"[5] contestant.
Education and early career[edit] He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles (1972) and a Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law (1975). He was a law clerk for Judge Anthony Kennedy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (1975-76) and for Chief Justice Warren Burger of the Supreme Court of the United States (1976-77). He was in private practice in Los Angeles (1977-79) and in Washington, D.C. (1979-81). He was a Deputy Legal Counsel of the Office of the President-Elect in Washington, D.C. (1980-81) and an Assistant Counsel for the Office of Counsel to the President in Washington, D.C. (1981). He was a Special Counsel for the Merit Systems Protection Board in Washington, D.C. (1981-82).[6]

Scrupulosity. Accusations of sexual impropriety... What I worry most about is a new era of phony scrupulosity. Them globalist/Democrat/eugenic/communist/academic liars succeeded with phony diversity to create racial and gender divisions, why not pound on scrupulosity? Seems to be a problem for oppressive regimes…. like 1984’s Anti-Sex League. Folks have no idea how important Donald and Melania are to this equation and the return to normalcy.

The most pro-2nd amendment justice on the 9th. Fuckers. My favorite Judge Alex Kozinski quote:
"My excellent colleagues have forgotten these bitter lessons of history. The prospect of tyranny may not grab the headlines the way vivid stories of gun crime routinely do. But few saw the Third Reich coming until it was too late. The Second Amendment is a doomsday provision, one designed for those exceptionally rare circumstances where all other rights have failed—where the government refuses to stand for reelection and silences those who protest; where courts have lost the courage to oppose, or can find no one to enforce their decrees. However improbable these contingencies may seem today, facing them unprepared is a mistake a free people get to make only once.
Fortunately, the Framers were wise enough to entrench the right of the people to keep and bear arms within our constitutional structure. The purpose and importance of that right was still fresh in their minds, and they spelled it out clearly so it would not be forgotten. Despite the panel’s mighty struggle to erase these words, they remain, and the people themselves can read what they say plainly enough.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
